The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and organised Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Romford office. This is a 360 recruitment role, focusing on managing the full recruitment process within the AHP Sector — from candidate sourcing to placement and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing clients and candidates
- Source high-quality healthcare professionals for temporary and permanent roles
- Provide excellent candidate care throughout the recruitment journey
- Maintain accurate records using our internal CRM
- Meet individual and team targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of 360 recruitment experience (healthcare/medical sector preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Must be able to work full-time from our Romford office (Monday to Friday)
