Our people are industry experts, providing staffing solutions for the NHS and private healthcare providers, roles such as doctors, nurses, allied health professionals (AHP) and health science staff (HSS). We are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our Nursing, AHP/HSS, Doctor and Theatre teams.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you are the vital link between clients and candidates. The role is exciting, fast paced, and challenging, which is target driven and rewarding. We have excellent training programmes to enable our team members to thrive and succeed. If you are an experienced recruiter with Temporary or Permanent recruitment experience, we have opportunities available on our established divisions for you. Alternatively, if you wish to start a career in Recruitment Consultancy, we have the capacity to give you key skills to enable you to begin a rewarding career.
Role and Responsibilities- Sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting candidates for placement with NHS and Private Healthcare providers.
- Building strong relationships with candidates ensuring collaborative working to enable prompt bookings.
- Providing the highest level of customer service and deliver quality candidate and client experience.
- Developing relationships with internal stakeholders and support functions (Compliance, IT, Accounts, Payroll, Business Development).
- Establishing partnership working with key stakeholders to ensure provision of staffing to fill vacancies.
- Maintaining own pool of locums/workers carrying out regular communication and continually improve your knowledge on their roles and vocations.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets (Goal-Orientated).
