Role Overview:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries and post-operative rehabilitation needs.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide expert advice and education on rehabilitation and injury prevention.
- Deliver high-standard physiotherapy care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
Essential:
- HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
- BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in trauma and orthopaedics.
- Strong clinical reasoning and rehabilitation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in post-surgical rehabilitation and acute trauma management.
- Previous NHS or private sector experience in a similar setting.
- Additional certifications in manual therapy, hydrotherapy, or advanced rehabilitation techniques.
