As a Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you’ll act as the key link between skilled healthcare professionals and providers in need. Whether you’re an experienced recruiter or new to the industry, you’ll receive comprehensive training and support to develop your desk and drive success.
🧠What you’ll do:
- Source, interview, and place healthcare professionals into permanent roles
- Build strong candidate relationships to match the right people with the right roles
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
- Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Payroll, BD, etc.) to ensure seamless placements
- Manage and maintain your candidate pool through regular engagement and role-specific insights
