Location: Oxford

Salary: £47,000 per annum + £3,800 weighting allowance

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Therapeutic Radiographer to join our Private Client\’s established radiotherapy service in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred cancer care while contributing to service development and mentoring junior staff.

The Role

As a Senior Therapeutic Radiographer, you will:

• Deliver safe, accurate and compassionate radiotherapy treatments

• Take a lead role in day-to-day clinical operations

• Support, supervise and mentor junior radiographers and students

• Contribute to service improvement, quality assurance, and clinical governance

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

About You

You will be:

• HCPC registered

• Experienced in a senior or specialist radiotherapy role

• Confident in clinical decision-making and leadership

• Committed to continuous professional development and high standards of patient care

• An excellent communicator with a patient-focused approach
