About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Band 7 Locum Occupational Therapist to join our Neurorehabilitation Service at Woodlands in York. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality rehabilitation for individuals with complex neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialist occupational therapy assessments and interventions for neurorehab patients.
- Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, and medical staff to ensure holistic care.
- Support discharge planning and liaise with community services.
- Contribute to service development and maintain clinical standards.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Significant experience in neurorehabilitation at Band 6 or Band 7 level.
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
