Locum Occupational Therapist – Chronic Illness Service (Part-Time, 3 Days/Week)
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team on a locum basis within our Chronic Illness Service. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to individuals managing long-term health conditions by supporting their independence, function, and quality of life.
Role Details:
- Location: Kent
- Contract Type: Locum / Temporary
- Working Pattern: 3 days per week (flexible days considered)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: March 2026
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for individuals with chronic illness.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care plans.
- Support clients in developing strategies to manage symptoms, maintain daily living skills, and improve wellbeing.
- Contribute to service development and ensure high-quality, evidence-based practice.
Essential Requirements:
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
