We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Doctors (various specialties) Team. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you are the vital link between clients and candidates; a mentor to team members within the business to support and develop to become ambassadors of MedicsPro and a driving force of organisational strategy. The Senior Recruitment Consultant (Doctors) vacancy is a great developmental opportunity for an established recruitment consultant who is looking for career growth.
The role is exciting, fast paced, and challenging, which is target driven and rewarding. We have excellent training programmes to enable our team members to thrive and succeed. If you are an experienced recruiter with Temporary or Permanent recruitment experience, we would like for you to be part of the strategy to push an existing division forward.
Role and Responsibilities:- Sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting candidates for placement with NHS and Private Healthcare providers.
- Building strong relationships with candidates ensuring collaborative working to enable prompt bookings.
- Providing the highest level of customer service and deliver quality candidate experience.
- Coaching and guiding team members to become high performers.
- Taking ownership and responsibility for client related issues and queries.
- Establishing partnership working with key stakeholders to ensure provision of staffing to fill vacancies.
- Developing relationships with internal stakeholders and support functions (Compliance, IT, Accounts, Payroll, Business Development).
- Maintaining own pool of locums/workers conducting regular communication and continually improve your knowledge on their roles and vocations.
- Networking and to build business information and leads that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
- Demonstrate experience as a recruiter, minimum 1 year.
- Evidenced knowledge of talent pipeline management and growth.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets (Goal-Orientated).
- Ambitious with a tenacity to succeed.
