Lead a high‐performing MDT and stay hands‐on (~25% clinical caseload). You will own pre‐admissions, shape efficient rehab pathways, drive tech‐enabled therapy (robotics/exoskeletons/anti‐gravity treadmill), and evidence outcomes (UKROC) while partnering with insurers/commissioners.
