Interim Head of Therapies — Neurorehabilitation Kent | £50–£60 per hour | 3–6 months | Immediate start
I’m looking to speak with experienced therapy leaders who are available for an interim assignment within a specialist neurorehabilitation setting. This is a role for someone who can step in quickly, bring calm leadership, and make a visible impact from day one.
You’ll be joining an advanced rehab environment where clinical outcomes, MDT working, and specialist neuro practice really matter. The service needs someone who can provide steady leadership, support the therapy team, and help maintain high-quality, patient-focused rehabilitation.
This would suit someone who can:
- Lead with confidence and credibility
- Support and develop a specialist therapy team
- Bring structure, pace, and clear clinical oversight
- Work effectively across complex rehab pathways
- Build trust quickly with colleagues, patients, families, and stakeholders
- Balance hands-on clinical understanding with wider service leadership
This isn’t just “gap cover”. The client needs someone who can come in, understand the priorities, and add value quickly — whether that’s supporting the team, strengthening processes, or helping keep outcomes moving in the right direction.
You’ll likely be an HCPC-registered AHP with strong experience in neurorehabilitation, complex rehab, spinal injury, or senior therapy leadership. Interim experience would be helpful, but the main thing is being able to step into a specialist setting and lead with confidence.
Contract: 3–6 months
Start: ASAP
Rate: £50–£60 per hour
