The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Romford team. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the full recruitment lifecycle, gain hands-on experience in candidate sourcing and client management, and build a career in the fast-growing healthcare recruitment sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and support the full 360 recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to placements.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and client organisations.
- Assist in managing interview processes, negotiating offers, and closing placements.
- Keep accurate records in our CRM and track candidate progress.
- Develop a deep understanding of the healthcare recruitment market, compliance requirements, and professional standards.
