MedicsPro is recruiting Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) for ongoing care package-based assignments with an ASAP start.
This is an excellent opportunity for RMNs looking to move away from traditional ward environments and deliver truly person-centred care within bespoke care packages. You'll support individuals with a range of complex needs, including mental health conditions, learning disabilities, autism, eating disorders, communication difficulties and complex behavioural presentations.
There is potential for ongoing work for nurses who are willing to cover multiple care packages and sites, subject to service requirements and availability.
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
- Experience or competency in at least one of the following:
- Mental health assessment and risk management.
- Autism.
- Non-verbal patients and communication support.
- Managing complex or challenging behaviours.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, person-centred care within community-based care packages.
- Monitor mental and physical wellbeing and escape concerns when required.
- Support individuals with complex mental health and behavioural needs.
- Administer and monitor medication where appropriate.
- Complete accurate clinical records and care documentation.
- Work closely with families, carers and multidisciplinary teams.

- Additional ongoing opportunities may be available for nurses able to support across multiple sites and care packages.
