MedicsPro are looking for an experienced BSE accredited Echocardiographer to start within one of their clients busy NHS Hospitals based in London as soon as possible on a Locum basis. The successful applicant will be able to show a proven record of working to a high standard and will be a self-motivated clinical expert who is organised, flexible, reliable and comfortable working autonomously but with on-site support within our clients department. Days and hours are flexible but ideally applicants should be able to offer a minimum of 3 weekdays per week.
Main duties of the job:
- Perform BSE standard echocardiography examinations and reports to ensure the provision of a high-quality advanced adult echo service.
- Provide reports for scans.
- Contribute to quality improvement.
- Apply technology for measurement, monitoring and treatment.
- Ensure that personal knowledge is kept up to date and reflects current requirements in clinical echocardiography.
What We Need From You:
- You will be able to demonstrate your detail oriented thinking, interpersonal skills and technological aptitude.
- BSC Clinical Physiology or equivalent BSE accreditation essential.
- Post qualification experience in echocardiography.
