I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Band 7 Occupational Therapist to join an inpatient service based with a prestigious NHS client in North London. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident senior OT who enjoys combining hands-on clinical expertise with team leadership, service development and MDT working.
The successful candidate will work autonomously, taking responsibility for the planning, management and delivery of the Occupational Therapy service on the ward. You will also provide leadership and supervision to a team made up of Band 6, Band 5 and Band 4 staff, supporting their development through mentoring, CPD, training, supervision and appraisals.
This role would suit an Occupational Therapist who is confident providing specialist OT advice to the wider MDT, while also contributing to departmental projects and ongoing service improvement.
