MedicsPro is currently recruiting skilled Mental Healthcare Assistants with recent UK experience for both full-time agency work and extra shifts at Iris Care Group.
This opportunity is to cover Monday - Sunday, Long Day & Nights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying patients to be assessed
- Developing appointment slots
- Obtaining information of SMI and LD Lists from General Practice
- Liaising with mental health teams about patients also under their care
- Making sure patients are comfortable
- Helping patients move around
- Washing and dressing patients
- Taking basic observations and updating patient records
- Keeping departments tidy and ensuring equipment is clean
- Serving meals and helping patients eat
