This opportunity is to cover various working shifts available.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and accurately administer medication.
- Offer clear guidance and support to patients and their families about care and treatment plans.
- Manage patient documentation and maintain accurate medical records.
- Perform routine procedures such as taking samples, and monitoring vital signs including pulse, temperature, and blood pressure.
- Listen actively to understand patients' needs and symptoms.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop, implement, and regularly evaluate effective care plans.
- Ensure the proper functioning of medical equipment, including ventilators, drains, catheters, IV lines, and pumps.
- Contribute to ongoing research‑based care and practice development initiatives.
- Initiate and implement improvements in clinical practice and patient care.
- Perform all nursing duties as required by senior staff, including potentially deputizing for seniors in their absence.
