Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and dispense medication safely and accurately.
- Provide clear guidance and support to patients and their families regarding care and treatment plans.
- Manage patient documentation and compile accurate medical records.
- Perform routine procedures, including taking samples, monitoring vital signs such as pulses, temperatures, and blood pressures.
- Actively listen to patients to understand their needs and symptoms.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans, regularly evaluating their success.
