Medics Pro Limited are seeking an experienced CHC Advisor - Band 6 with recent NHS experience to cover Lancashire & South Cumbria ICB.

You will undertake comprehensive assessments for CHC and FNC eligibility, manage a caseload, and liaise with Local Authorities and trusts to secure funded placements.
