A new opportunity has become available for a Treatment Coordinator to join an established, mainly PVT practice located in Acton, London, W3.
Start date – as soon as possible.
This role is to work full time, Monday – Friday.
Fully equipped and computerised using Software of Excellence.
Car parking available on site.
Closest station is Acton Central Overground, approx. 2 minute walk.
Central and Piccadilly line is 20 minute walk.
Job Role
Head of Sales.
To proactively manage the non-clinical relationship with potential and existing patients, with the principal purpose of optimising the uptake of treatment plans, whilst consistently providing first‑class sensitive and ethical service delivery.
Nurturing patients both potential and existing
Assisting to increase revenue.
Job Objectives
- To meet productivity and profitability targets of the practice – assisting to increase revenue and tracking of such
- Liaising with marketing companies to ensure the objectives are met
- Ensure a 5* patient journey and aftercare
- Support the clinical team & nursing team with patients and increase patient conversion rate
- Identify rooms that are not performing and help to increase their performance
- Nurturing existing and potential patients.
- Be the practice champion in sales
Key Responsibilities
- Continually looking to improve upon the patient journey through the practice.
- Public relations and patient management.
- Increasing uptake of treatments and increasing patient conversion rates
- Marketing, branding, advertising and recalling
- Capturing content for social media and website
Experience
Minimum 2 years experience as Treatment Coordinator
Undertaken some sales training
Dependent on experience with commission structure.
