An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join a modern, fast-growing Dental business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and confidently supporting patients through important treatment decisions. Combining patient care with a commercial mindset, you will play a key role in guiding individuals from initial consultation through to treatment acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with patients throughout their journey
  • Discuss treatment options in a clear, professional and supportive manner
  • Understand patient needs, concerns and motivations
  • Support patients in making informed treatment decisions
  • Liaise closely with clinicians and the wider practice team
  • Follow up on treatment enquiries and maintain ongoing patient engagement
  • Deliver an outstanding patient experience at every stage
  • Contribute to practice growth through ethical and patient-focused sales

About You

  • Previous experience in a Treatment Coordinator, Patient Coordinator, Consultative Sales or similar customer-facing role
  • Ideally GDC registered with a dental nursing background, although relevant experience will also be considered
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, professional and empathetic approach
  • Commercially aware with experience discussing treatment or service options
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
