  • DENTAL RECEPTIONIST & TREAMENT COORDINATOR (SALES FOCUSED) REQUIRED IN BIRMINGHAM
  • Hours: Full-time | Monday Friday | Minimum 30 hours per week / Weekends as When Required
  • Salary: £22,000 – £26,400.00 per year + uncapped monthly commission (OTE £80,000+)
  • Uncapped monthly commission on treatment conversions and practice turnover
  • Monthly performance bonus
  • All candidate must have Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Dental Receptionist, or Private Healthcare Sales Advisor
  • Must be confident discussing high-value treatments (£2,000 £30,000+)
  • Target-driven, persuasive, and motivated by commission and performance results

  • Your Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-person and virtual consultations for cosmetic and implant treatments
  • Present treatment plans, pricing, and finance options confidently and ethically
  • Convert consultations into accepted cases through excellent communication and empathy
  • Manage and track leads, enquiries, and conversion rates using our CRM and marketing systems
  • Follow up all new leads from phone, email, and social media promptly
  • Support clinicians with diary management, scheduling, and treatment coordination
  • Deliver a five-star front-of-house experience to every patient
  • Assist with open days, marketing campaigns, and events to attract new patients

About You

  • Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Dental Receptionist, or Private Healthcare Sales Advisor
  • Confident discussing high-value treatments (£2,000 £30,000+)
  • Target-driven, persuasive, and motivated by commission and performance results
  • Excellent communicator with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
  • Organised and proactive with great attention to detail
  • Competent with IT systems (Dentally experience preferred)
  • Positive, friendly, and passionate about helping patients achieve their dream smiles
