An opportunity has become available for a Dental Hygienist / Therapist to join an independent private practice, located in Cockermouth, Cumbria
Family-owned practice offering quality-focused, patient-centred, and fully supported dentistry
- Employed basis
- Days of work: Thursdays 8.45am – 5.30pm and Fridays 8.45am – 4pm (may be opportunity for more hours)
- Appt times: 20 – 40 mins, times as requested by therapist (within reason)
You’ll step into a friendly, skilled, and forward-thinking team in a fully refurbished Georgian building, with everything in place to help you succeed.
Practice information:
Modern working environment, located in a fully private refurbished Georgian building with 5 well-equipped surgeries. CT scanner, intraoral scanner, digital x-rays, rotary endo, SOE, and more. The practice is staffed with: 5 dentists, 2 therapists, 12 nurses, a dedicated decon team, warm and experienced reception staff.
The extended duty nurses run fluoride and Invisalign consultations, and we offer implants, Invisalign, an in-house endodontist and sedation (with sedation qualified nurses)

There is on street car parking nearby.
Located in the heart of beautiful Cockermouth, this is a fantastic place to settle. Live between mountains, lakes and coast, with good schools & housing. Just 40 minutes from the M6.
The successful candidate must have right to work in the UK as sponsorship is not available for this position.
All suitable candidates must be fully qualified, GDC registered with UK experience
