An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join a modern, fast-growing Dental business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and confidently supporting patients through important treatment decisions. Combining patient care with a commercial mindset, you will play a key role in guiding individuals from initial consultation through to treatment acceptance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with patients throughout their journey
- Discuss treatment options in a clear, professional and supportive manner
- Understand patient needs, concerns and motivations
- Support patients in making informed treatment decisions
- Liaise closely with clinicians and the wider practice team
- Follow up on treatment enquiries and maintain ongoing patient engagement
- Deliver an outstanding patient experience at every stage
- Contribute to practice growth through ethical and patient-focused sales
About You
- Previous experience in a Treatment Coordinator, Patient Coordinator, Consultative Sales or similar customer-facing role
- Ideally GDC registered with a dental nursing background, although relevant experience will also be considered
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, professional and empathetic approachCommercially aware with experience discussing treatment or service options
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
