Role: Senior Residential Childrens Support Worker

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £36,814 - £39,004 (this includes sleep in allowance)

Location: Penrith

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications: You’ve achieved your Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
  • Experience: You’ve worked with children in residential care or similar settings and know how to navigate challenging behaviours.
  • Passion: You bring energy, resilience, and a can-do attitude that inspires others to follow your lead.
