Branch: Nottingham
Position: Full time is between 35-40 hours and part time is around 20 hours.
Contract: Full time. Proposed start date is depending on interview process. Probation period is at least 6 months to a maximum of 9 months depending on appraisals.
Working hours: This can be discussed in the interview but basically it will be 6-9 hours per shift. Any shift longer than 6 hours would need a 30-minute unpaid break. The number of days again would be discussed but at least 1 day would be till 9pm. Set rota - shifts do not change per week. No weekend work unless needed based on staff holidays/sickness.
Pay: Monthly on the 5th working day of the month. Holiday entitlements based on gov.uk website.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Employee would be ambassador of the pharmacy.
- Must be trained in all aspects of the pharmacy job.
Qualifications:
- Must have previous pharmacy experience or be a qualified NVQ2 pharmacy dispenser or above.
- Training will be provided but this is based on an individual basis.
Independent pharmacy - family run. We have 7 other pharmacy employees, all work different shifts. Everything is either qualified or on a course. 3 different pharmacists work different shifts; sometimes there are 2 at the same time. No robot - pro-script connect - currently around 17,000 items but looking to expand to around 20k (that is why looking for staff). Offer all NHS and private services with IP on site - looking for staff to be able to promote these services.
No sponsorship - right to work. Driving license not required.
Interview: Face to face but can ring anytime. Notice period: Up to 4 weeks depending on start time. Uniform provided (top) and parking facilities.
