The Role: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Managing appointment bookings via telephone, online, and in person
