Accountable to: Registered Manager, Deputy Manager / Team Leader

Location: Roles in Solihull. Salary £25300-26800. In addition £60 per sleep over.

Person Specification

Senior Support Worker

  • Level 3 Health and Social Care, Children and Young People qualification or equivalent essential
  • Manual full UK driving license
  • Right to Work
  • Sponsorship will not be offered
  • Have at least 2 years experience working with Children and young people in a residential setting who have mental health complex needs, high level of attachment, challenging behaviour which includes verbal and physical.
