We are looking for a Team Leader to join us on this journey, and to play a role in the future of the service and be part of a wider team, who can be agile, innovative and future focused.

Location: Rochdale

Salary: £14 - £16 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead shifts and support Residential support workers
  • Promote safeguarding and positive support
  • Support care planning, risk assessments and daily routines
  • Act as a positive role model for young people
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Support training and staff development
  • Ensure compliance with Children's homes regulations
