We’re recruiting a Registered Manager for a small, well-supported children’s residential home in Scunthorpe (DN15), supporting 2 children/young people (EBD / LD).

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Manager experience or strong Deputy Manager experience with readiness to register Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
  • Confident with Ofsted inspections, safeguarding, and Children’s Homes Regulations
  • Passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children
  • Strong leadership, compliance, and team-development skills
