Role Overview
The post holder will provide professional and clinical care to ensure the safe, effective, and compliant delivery of services to all patients. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, delivering high-quality, evidence-based medicine, and represent the service at regular site meetings to share best practice and provide peer support across NHS services.
Tasks
- All appointments are 15 minutes
- Formal patient contacts limited to a maximum of 27 per day
- Innovative clinical model focused on wellbeing, personalised planned care, and timely access
- Protected break time and clinical administrative time rota’d into the working day

- Valid Passport
- Current GMC Registration Number (with licence to practise)
- Right to Work in the UK / Valid Work Status
