We are recruiting an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our innovative practice in Birmingham. The post holder will provide professional and clinical care to ensure the safe, effective, and compliant delivery of services to all patients. You will work collaboratively within our multi-disciplinary team at the surgery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in line with best practice and clinical guidelines.
- Conduct assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning for patients.
- Support wellbeing, personalised planned care, and timely access to services.
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and participate in clinical audits as required.
Key Details:
- All appointments are 15 minutes long.
- Protected break and clinical administrative time are included in your daily rota.

Requirements:
- Must already have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
