Role Overview:
The post holder will provide professional and clinical care to ensure the safe, effective, and compliant delivery of services to all patients. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, practicing high-quality, evidence-based medicine, and provide representation at regular site meetings to share best practice and provide peer support within our NHS services.
Tasks:
- All appointments are 15 minutes long
- To protect staff and improve quality of care, we limit formal patient contacts to a maximum of 27 per day
- Our innovative clinical model focuses on promoting wellbeing, personalised planned care, and timely access to patients
- You will have protected break time and clinical administrative time rotaβd into your day

- Right to Work in the UK / Valid Work Status
