Shifts: Day & Night shifts available (24/7 care package)
Role Overview: We are looking for compassionate and skilled Care Workers with BSL Level 1 & 2 to support individuals with hearing impairments and complex care needs.
- Provide high-quality personal care and support
- Communicate effectively using British Sign Language (BSL)
- Assist with daily living activities and promote independence
- Monitor and report changes in service users’ conditions
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and families
Requirements:
- BSL Level 1 & Level 2 certification (essential)
- Previous care experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Flexibility to work day/night shifts
- Strong communication skills
