Location: Rainham, East London

Shifts: Day & Night shifts available (24/7 care package)

Role Overview: We are looking for compassionate and skilled Care Workers with BSL Level 1 & 2 to support individuals with hearing impairments and complex care needs.

  • Provide high-quality personal care and support
  • Communicate effectively using British Sign Language (BSL)
  • Assist with daily living activities and promote independence
  • Monitor and report changes in service users’ conditions
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and families

Requirements:

  • BSL Level 1 & Level 2 certification (essential)
  • Previous care experience preferred
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable
  • Flexibility to work day/night shifts
  • Strong communication skills
