We are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Registered Mental Nurses (RMN) to work across a range of healthcare settings. This role offers flexible working opportunities while delivering high-quality, person-centred mental health care.
Tasks
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans
- Administer medication in line with prescriptions and policies
- Monitor mental and physical health and respond to changes appropriately
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Support service users, families, and carers with empathy and professionalism
- Adhere to safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety procedures
- Comply with NMC Code of Conduct and organisational policies

Requirements
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Nurse (RMN)
- Minimum 6–12 months post-registration experience (preferred)
- Valid passport

- Share code required if not a British passport holder
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and professionally under pressure
