Salary: £36,000–£42,000 per year (DOE)

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, policies, and quality standards.
  • Lead, support, and manage the care team, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records, monitor performance, and drive continuous service improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Registered Manager experience in domiciliary care.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care.
  • Strong CQC, compliance, safeguarding, and team management experience.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
