Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Trainer to deliver high-quality training to healthcare staff, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver mandatory healthcare training (e.g., Manual Handling, Safeguarding, Infection Control)
- Assess staff competency and maintain training records
- Develop and update training materials in line with regulations
- Support staff development and continuous learning
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards
Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Trainer
- Relevant teaching/training qualification (e.g., PTLLS/AET or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
