We are recruiting an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our Out of Hours (OOH) service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages.
- Provide telephone triage, centre-based consultations, and home visits.
- Deliver high-quality urgent and palliative care.
- Prescribe medication and maintain accurate clinical records.
Requirements
- Independent Prescriber (essential).
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Advanced Clinical Practice, or working towards one.
- Confident treating patients of all ages.
- Happy to provide palliative care.
- Willing to undertake triage, centre visits, and home visits.
- Able to work across most service sites.
- Willing to pick up regular shifts where available.
- Reliable and committed to completing the onboarding process.
- Must live locally.
Mandatory OOH Training
- Online induction (weekday evening, 7:00 pm β 10:00 pm).
- Palliative Care training (weekday evening, 7:00 pm β 8:30 pm).
- One 4-hour shadowing shift before working independently.
