Medico Legal UK Chambers Ltd (MLUK) provides independent psychiatric and psychological experts to assist instructing agencies across the UK in areas such as criminal, family, mental health, parole, immigration, and civil cases. With almost 15 years’ experience, we recognise that high quality medico legal reports are an essential component to court cases where mental illness, disability or a disorder is identified.
This is a remote contract role for a Consultant Neuropsychiatrist (Private Work) at MLUK. The Consultant Neuropsychiatrist will be responsible for providing psychiatric expertise and assessments, offering consultations to instructing agencies, and collaborating with legal professionals. They will also be involved in conducting evaluations, preparing reports, and providing expert opinions as required. The applicant must be based in the UK. By joining us, you can dictate your own workload to complement your existing role and become a valued extension of our renowned team. We have an exemplar dedicated secretariat team, who will support you throughout the case.
Although this role allows incredible flexibility, consultants will expect to earn in the region of £220k WTE.
Qualifications:- Psychiatric expertise and assessment skills
