Key Responsibilities

  • Visit NHS Trusts, private hospitals, clinics, care homes, diagnostic centres, and healthcare organizations.
  • Meet Hospital Directors, HR Managers, Medical Directors, Practice Managers, and Decision Makers.
  • Generate recruitment requirements for Doctors, Nurses, Allied Healthcare Professionals, and Healthcare Staff.
  • Promote Medico Hub's Healthcare Recruitment, Staffing Solutions, Third-Party Payroll, and AI Hospital Management Software.
  • Schedule client meetings, presentations, and software demonstrations.
  • Build long-term client relationships and achieve monthly business targets.
  • Submit daily visit reports and weekly business updates.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in Healthcare Business Development, Healthcare Staffing, Recruitment, Medical Sales, or B2B Sales.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking and client relationship skills.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence.
  • Own vehicle preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
