About the OpportunityA clinician-facing role within the tertiary healthcare & multispeciality hospital sector, delivering comprehensive women\'s health services in an on-site, high-volume clinical environment. This position is based in Jangareddygudem and focuses on obstetrics, gynaecology, operative procedures, and continuity of care across inpatient and outpatient services.
Role & Responsibilities- Provide end-to-end obstetric and gynaecologic care across OPD, antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal services with a focus on patient safety and evidence-based practice.
- Perform and lead obstetric surgeries including elective and emergency LSCS and other emergency obstetric procedures with appropriate perioperative planning.
- Carry out gynaecologic surgeries including hysterectomy and laparoscopic procedures, ensuring adherence to surgical checklists and infection control protocols.
- Manage high-risk pregnancies and coordinate multidisciplinary care with neonatology, anaesthesia and critical care teams.
- Deliver diagnostic services such as transvaginal/transabdominal ultrasound and colposcopy; interpret findings and implement management plans.
- Supervise, mentor and train junior doctors and nursing staff; maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
