MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

This is a one-year programme leading to registration as a registered auxiliary nurse.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

This programme leads to registration in the category of Auxiliary Nurse (GN R.169 of 8 March 2013). The Registered Auxiliary Nurse with the Higher Certificate in Nursing will possess the necessary knowledge and skills to function in various healthcare settings, provide basic patient care, and support general nurses, professional nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
