Main Purpose of the Job

The Professional Nurse, in collaboration with a multi‑professional team, delivers safe, comprehensive, and quality nursing care according to their Scope of Practice regulations. They lead and coordinate nursing teams to enable optimal patient care.

Education & Qualifications

Essential Education: Diploma leading to registration as a General Nurse OR 4‑year Nursing Diploma or Bachelor of Nursing

Desired Education: Postgraduate Advanced Diploma in Midwifery; Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing (e.g., Critical Care, Emergency Care, Peri‑operative Nursing) for specialist unit placement
