We are currently looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our Clinical Practice Research Datalink team in the Safety and Surveillance group. This is a full‑time opportunity on an 18‑month fixed term contract/internal move/loan or temporary promotion basis. The role will be based in 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf London, E14 4PU and can only be worked in the UK.

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing support for several CPRD business activities, including managing the enquiries helpdesk, liaising with external clients, compiling reports, supporting Human Resources (HR) and staff recruitment, managing data release and retention schedules, and secretariat support for meetings and a broad range of administrative duties. The post is based within the Business Management (BM) Team and reports to the Senior Operations Manager.

We seek a proactive individual with experience of business administration and excellent communication, highly organised, with strong attention to detail and good written, numerical and verbal communication skills.

  • Have experience handling queries and dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Have good writing and numeracy skills and experience preparing information for business reports.
