We are currently looking for an Accreditation Evaluator – MHRA Academy to join our People Function within the Corporate group. This is a full‐time, permanent role based in 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London (E14 4PU). The position is a hybrid role with a minimum of 8 days per month on site, flexible up to 12 days depending on business needs.

What's the role?
The role sits within the newly established MHRA Academy team – a pioneering initiative to set standards for MHRA regulatory training and qualification. Reporting to the Head of Accreditation and Standards, you will develop and deliver a credible accreditation framework across a range of regulatory assessor and inspector learning pathways. You will embed accreditation processes, monitor learner progression, and support the rollout of the new Learning Management System (LMS).
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement a comprehensive accreditation framework that supports the professional development of technical assessors and inspectors, ensuring it is inclusive, accessible and aligned to workforce needs.
- Exploit digital platforms, including the new LMS, to develop, implement and maintain accreditation‐related processes, guidance documents, templates and SOPs, and to collect, track and analyse accreditation data.
- Act as the key liaison for learners throughout their accreditation journey, providing support, resources and coaching, and leading on induction and assessment, in collaboration with line managers.
- Collaborate with Academy, Talent & Capabilities and Curriculum teams to shape work‐based learning programmes and CPD activities that underpin accreditation.
Who are we looking for?
- Experienced learning and development professional with demonstrable expertise in learner evaluation, assessment methodologies and quality assurance systems.
- Capable of optimising LMS/technology to create user‐friendly and robust accreditation processes, including formative and summative assessment approaches in an adult learning context.
- Effective communicator who can engage groups, SMEs, and coach individuals through accreditation processes.
