The Finance Operations function oversees the accounts receivable team, responsible for billing, collections, cash applications, and related financial controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily activities of the accounts receivable staff and monitor team targets.
  • Supervise business‑as‑usual activities and workload allocation.
  • Ensure staff training and maintain current procedures.
  • Improve cash application, collections, account reconciliations and month‑end close processes to achieve cost savings.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements with a focus on centralisation, standardisation and automation.
  • Assist with audit requests by compiling and validating information.
  • Prepare and review daily, monthly and ad‑hoc management reports.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Substantial experience in credit control and accounts receivables ledger management.
  • Strong debt collections expertise and proven process improvement.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion or similar accounting systems and report generation.
  • Experience leading business change and influencing stakeholders.
  • Excellent understanding of the Order to Cash (O2C) end‑to‑end processes and controls.
Work Arrangement

We are implementing a flexible hybrid model with a minimum of 8 on‑site days per month (flexible up to 12) in line with government attendance policies.
