What we’re looking for: A General Manager for a new Medicine site at Ikon Gallery Birmingham. The successful candidate will be a born leader with previous managerial experience. You will need to be an expert communicator with a strong ability to delegate responsibilities and collaborate across a wide range of departments. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure high morale and productivity across the entire team. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the business, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and facilities maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Be an impeccable team leader and foster a positive and supportive work environment, promote teamwork, and empower team members to excel in their roles.
- Take an active role in quality control at your site ensuring that products and services meet Medicine high standards and exceed guest expectations.
