  • Established patient cohorts and longitudinal care models
  • Modern prescribing systems and integrated clinical data

Alongside remote prescribing responsibilities, you will also spend time on-site within Lift Pharmacy acting as Responsible Pharmacist, giving you the opportunity to remain operationally connected to medicines optimisation, governance, and dispensing safety. For pharmacists who enjoy both clinical decision-making and operational leadership, this creates a genuinely unique hybrid opportunity.

The Role

You will support patient care through:

  • Independent prescribing across TRT, GLP-1, and HRT pathways
  • Review of patient records, blood results, and ongoing treatment monitoring
  • Repeat prescribing and treatment optimisation
  • Clinical risk assessment and escalation where appropriate
  • Collaborative working with doctors, ANPs, and specialist clinicians

Within Lift Pharmacy, you will:

  • Act as Responsible Pharmacist
  • Support safe and compliant dispensing operations
  • Oversee clinical checking and governance processes
  • Help shape the growth and operational development of a modern specialist pharmacy
