Location: Hybrid role
To build, optimise and maintain lifecycle marketing across Leger and My Menopause Centre, turning CRM into a dependable growth and retention channel across acquisition, activation, retention and referral. This is a hands-on execution role working closely with the Marketing Lead to build and improve journeys, segmentation, testing, reporting and live-flow hygiene across both brands.
Responsibilities
- Build, optimise and maintain lifecycle flows in Klaviyo for Leger.
- Help build and structure foundational CRM for My Menopause Centre, including lifecycle journeys, segmentation and tagging.
- Develop and improve lifecycle journeys such as lead nurture, consultation conversion, post-consult engagement, reactivation, win-backs, service and operational flows.
- Manage segmentation logic, triggers, timing and messaging across live flows.
- Identify friction, leaks, delivery issues and logic problems in live CRM activity, and implement fixes quickly.
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, hooks, offers, timing and content formats.
- Produce regular lifecycle reporting covering what changed, what we learned and what to test next.
- Write and refine conversion-focused email and SMS copy for different customer segments and funnel stages.
- Work with tracking fundamentals including events, UTMs, link tracking and flow attribution, and support QA/debugging with CRM and data teams.
- Maintain ongoing CRM hygiene, optimisation and iteration so lifecycle becomes a dependable revenue and retention channel across both businesses.

- Strong Klaviyo execution skills, including flow builds, segmentation, testing and optimisation.
- Strong copywriting skills for conversion-focused email and SMS messaging.
- Analytical mindset and confidence working with performance data, reporting and lifecycle metrics.
- Ability to spot friction, logic issues and leakage in live flows and turn findings into practical improvements.
- Comfortable working with tagging, triggers, tracking fundamentals and QA.
