Are you a Dental Practice Manager, Deputy Practice Manager, Lead Receptionist, or Treatment Coordinator looking to move from clinic operations into DentalTech?
About Medicasimple: Medicasimple is a fast-growing Dental Practice Management software company serving more than 10,000 healthcare professionals across 1,500+ clinics. We help dental practices run their operations, patient journeys, communications, and growth more efficiently through modern software, automation, and AI-supported workflows.
We are now hiring our first UK-based team member after the founder. This is not a traditional clinic role, and it is not a typical corporate sales role. We are looking for someone who understands how a dental clinic really works day to day, from reception and patient communication to reporting, treatment coordination, practice operations, and software workflows. As our Founder’s Associate, you will work directly 1:1 with the founder to help build and scale Medicasimple in the UK market. You will use your real-world dental experience to support growth, customer research, sales, operations, product feedback, and UK market expansion.
If you want to turn your clinic experience into a broader career in DentalTech, SaaS, growth, and operations, this role is designed for you.
What You’ll Work On:You will support the founder across the UK growth journey, helping bridge the gap between Medicasimple and UK dental practices. This will include:
- Finding, researching, and engaging potential dental clinics and partners in the UK
- Supporting outreach, product demos, and follow-ups with practice owners, clinical directors, and practice managers
- Using your clinic experience to understand customer needs, objections, workflows, and pain points
- Helping turn manual dental practice workflows into clearer, more scalable processes
- Supporting market research, competitor research, customer research, and internal briefings
- Helping manage communication across prospects, customers, partners, and internal teams
- Testing and improving workflows using modern tools, automation, and AI-supported processes
- Working directly with the founder on the highest-priority UK growth and operational projects each week
This role will be broad, fast-moving, and hands-on. You will learn how to turn your dental operations knowledge into scalable sales, onboarding, customer, and operational workflows.
What Makes This Role Different:You will not just "assist" the founder. You will be one of the first people building Medicasimple's UK presence and helping shape how we grow in the market.
- From 6 people to 600 clinics: You may already be comfortable managing a busy clinic team, supporting dentists, reception, nurses, patients, and daily operations. In this role, you will learn how to use that same dental operations knowledge to engage, support, and influence hundreds of clinics across the UK.
- From clinic reports to scalable systems: You may already be used to reports, spreadsheets, and dental software workflows. Here, you will learn how modern SaaS teams use automation and AI tools to make those processes faster and more scalable.
- From using tools to building systems: You may have used tools like ChatGPT before. Here, you will learn how AI-native teams build systems, improve workflows, and increase output without simply adding more manual work.
You will be trained to work with tools such as AI agents, Salesforce, Slack, Notion, Make.com, n8n, and modern automation workflows, so you can reduce repetitive manual work and focus on higher-value growth, customer, and operational projects. This is a role for someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and stay close to real company-building decisions.
Who You Are:- You have 3-5+ years of solid experience in a UK dental practice, ideally as a Dental Practice Manager, Deputy Practice Manager, Lead Receptionist, or Treatment Coordinator.
- You understand dental practice workflows, patient communication, reception operations, treatment coordination, reporting, and the daily challenges of running a clinic.
- You have experience using dental software such as SOE/Exact, Dentally, R4, Aerona, or similar systems.
- You are ready to move beyond day-to-day clinic operations and build a broader career in DentalTech, SaaS, growth, and operations.
- You are based in London or able to work from London regularly.
- This will be a mostly in-person role as we establish our UK base, starting from a coworking space before moving into a dedicated office around Shoreditch, Hoxton, or nearby East London areas.
- You have the right to work in the UK without requiring employer visa sponsorship.
- You are curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools quickly.
- You are organised, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
- You are comfortable speaking with dental professionals, following up consistently, and moving work forward without waiting for every instruction.
- You are interested in sales, growth, operations, customer research, automation, and founder-level execution.
Previous startup, SaaS, sales, operations, or automation experience is a plus, but not required. Dental sector experience, curiosity, and execution matter more.
