The Clinical Nurse Advisor will provide best in class clinical training for our NHS partners to best treat their patients. The CNAs are tasked with supporting the sales function with account growth through education, training and account development. This will include delivering clinical teaching, conducting audits, running evaluations and working closely with customers to identify areas of improvement and presenting the solutions back to the customers to better improve the position of the products and Medicareplus. Working with a Territory Sales Manager, the territory will include North London, Hertfordshire, Essex, Cambridge & Peterborough, Norfolk.
Roles And Responsibilities- Develop and support education activities within Medicareplus
- Present and detail products clinically
- Provide clinical training across acute and community sectors to support new formulary inclusions and account development
- Assist customers with the development of educational materials for their local areas
- Provide education presentations to support local study days and conferences
- Identify and maximise opportunities and work in collaboration with the Territory Sales Manager to achieve commercial success
- Assist with the development of new products and work with the marketing team to uncover opportunities in the market and improve upon current products available
- Develop/write clinical support papers and posters, and case studies
- Conduct audits and support product evaluations with customers
- Registered Nurse (NMC registered) with strong post-registration clinical experience
- Proven background in dermatology, wound care, or skincare preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong organisational and planning ability
- Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role with travel
